1998, that was the year Love Carpet Cleaning llc began business. Since that time we have constantly strived to be the best full service carpet cleaning company in the valley. Our owner and general manager is Christian Canese. Christian is certified with the iicrc national programs in carpet cleaning, textile color repair, 24 hr water damage, tile and stone care.
He is continuing his education to become a master water damage technician.
We feel that it is important to our customers that we remain current on all different techniques and new information that pertains to our industry.
Our services are offered 24 / 7. Our office manager is Britt; she has been with our organization for over 10 years. Christian and Britt handle all of the scheduling and questions for all of our communities and clients. All of our scheduling is updated daily to our computers to minimize potential for error.
We currently operate 4 service vehicles. Each van is professionally lettered with our company logo, name and phone number. All of our vans are in newer condition {i.e. no eye sores driving around your community} each equipped with state of the art truck mounted equipment. All of our technicians are required to wear our company shirts and hat. We include this information so you will know we consider professionalism to be an important part of the package we provide.
We offer 1 and 2 man crews in each van. Each technician is expertly trained to be knowledgeable with our systems, techniques and chemicals. Note we have very little turnover, that says a lot about our company an industry.
All technicians are certified in water restoration, suicide / homicide clean up along with carpet cleaning and repairs. Each technician reports to Christian every morning to get their schedule, stock up their vans for the days work load and to understand any special instruction or time requirement any communities might request. We assure you that we are a well structured and well managed company.
As you review our price list, please note that we are available to inspect any units when the communities are not sure if the carpet can be salvaged. We are confident that we can save you money on your replacements with the different services we provide. If we say that we can save it and the community is not fully satisfied with the end product charges on that unit will be waived.
